NAS Technical was established in Sharjah in 2007 with a focused purpose: to give industrial clients fast, reliable access to technically capable and safety-ready workers. We did not set out to be a general labour agency.
Our founding team came from industrial contracting backgrounds. We understood that pipe fabrication sites need fabricators who can read isometrics, that weld quality on a process plant is verified by NDT, and that a rigger on an ADNOC site needs more than a basic certificate.
Today we operate a 387-person workforce across 19 trade categories, with branches in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.

SS & CS Pipe Fabrication
Fabricating stainless steel and carbon steel pipework from client-supplied isometrics in our yard or on-site. Experience in process plant, utility, cooling water and firewater pipework systems on major UAE industrial projects.
Erection & Structural Installation
Full erection crew — riggers, crane slingers, structural erectors, fitters and welders. Structural steel erection, equipment setting, pipe rack and tank installation. Under your Method Statements or we develop our own for client approval.
Tank Fabrication & Installation
Atmospheric storage tanks for process fluids, firewater, fuel and chemical service. Bottom plate, shell and roof welding with standard NDT and hydrotest. We coordinate inspection with your TPIA.
Sand Blasting & Protective Coating
Surface preparation to Sa 2.5 and application of epoxy, polyurethane and other protective coatings to client paint schedules. Operators and blasting equipment supplied for structural steel, pipework and equipment.

How we ensure worker quality
Every tradesperson has passed an internal assessment before being added to our deployment list. We assess, we grade, and we only deploy workers who meet the required standard.
Welders — test plates to WPS or ASME IX
Visual plus bend test or radiographic examination. Grade, position, process and material group all documented. Only passing welders receive a NAS Technical qualification record.
Pipe fabricators — practical spool test
Fit-up, tacking and dimensional check. Covers isometric reading, pipe measuring tools and correct bevel angle and root gap preparation.
Riggers & scaffolders — UAE card + practical
Valid UAE certification card is the minimum. Slinging, hand signals and load path identification verified before any lifting scope.
All workers — documentation verified
Valid UAE labour card, health card and basic safety awareness certification required before roster inclusion. No exceptions.

Mechanical

Industrial electrical installation, power generation support, panel wiring, cable pulling and termination, earthing and lightning protection. Our electricians hold valid UAE trade cards and are cleared for live-panel environments.
Plumbing & MEP
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works for commercial, residential and industrial buildings. Plumbing installation, HVAC support, drainage, chilled water piping, fire fighting systems and sanitary works.
Scaffolding
Scaffold erection, modification and dismantling for industrial plants, refineries, construction sites and maintenance shutdowns across the UAE. All scaffolders hold valid UAE trade cards and are experienced in tube-and-fitting, system scaffold and suspended access.
